This Educational Collaboration & Partnership Agreement, entered into on 22-12-2025, is between FILO, an education-focused digital learning platform, and a CBSE-affiliated school, to establish a non-exclusive collaboration for academic support, digital learning resources, student guidance, ethical promotion, limited branding use, data privacy, confidentiality, student benefit facilitation without admission guarantee, and mutual cooperation, governed by Indian law, with either party free to terminate as per agreement terms.
